Subscriptions
Subscription plans (prices, tiers, trials, what each plan includes) are defined in Agentsyx Creator (opens in a new tab) for your organization, project, and deployment. Nothing on www.agentsyx.com invents plans by itself—it only shows what you configured and lets customers pick, upgrade, or manage those plans.
Customers still see and act on subscriptions in several places on the customer site. Align your onboarding and support copy with those surfaces.
Sidebar: My Subscriptions / My Subscription
The sidebar entry (label may be plural or singular by deployment) opens a dedicated view of the customer’s active subscriptions and plan management for MCP apps they use through Agentsyx—including apps tied to your Creator setup. The plans listed there are the ones you offer from Creator (e.g. free trial, paid tiers).
Use this when supporting questions like “Where do I upgrade?” or “Which plan am I on?”
While customers use the Agent workspace
They do not have to open My Subscriptions first. Subscription and plan prompts can appear inside the Agent workspace in two different places—both still use only the plans you defined in Agentsyx Creator (opens in a new tab).
The tab labeled “Creator” (on www.agentsyx.com)
This is not the same thing as Agentsyx Creator (the operator console at creator.agentsyx.com). On the customer site, Creator is simply the name of a tab next to App, Directory, etc.
That tab is where customers browse and open discoverable MCP apps for the org/project they’re in. When an app requires a plan, Agentsyx walks them through subscribe, upgrade, or similar steps—always backed by your Creator-configured plans and pricing, not by anything they configure on the spot.
The “App” tab (widget)
This tab shows the embedded MCP App (HTML widget) for whichever app is in focus. If the customer does not have the entitlement your rules require, Agentsyx may block or overlay the widget with subscription required, pick a plan, or start a free trial (when you offer a zero-price plan in Creator). Once entitlement is satisfied, the widget runs normally.
Relationship to usage and limits
Credits and enforcement of limits are visible in Usage. When a tool “stops working,” check both subscription and usage before assuming an MCP host issue.
