How to Setup Your Org on Findexar

This guide walks you through creating your Findexar account and setting up your organization.

Prerequisites

  • A valid email address
  • Access to the Findexar platform

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Navigate to the Findexar platform
  2. Click Sign Up or Get Started
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Complete the registration form
  5. Verify your email address if required

Step 2: Create Your Organization

After signing up, you'll be prompted to create an organization:

  1. Enter Organization Name - Choose a name that represents your business or project
  2. Organization Slug - A URL-friendly identifier (auto-generated from name, but you can customize it)
  3. Review and Confirm - Review your organization details and click Create Organization

Note: The organization slug will be used in URLs and cannot be changed later. Choose carefully.

Step 3: Configure Organization Settings

Once your organization is created, configure the initial settings:

Organization Details

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings
  2. Update Organization Name if needed
  3. Add Organization Description (optional)
  4. Upload Organization Logo (optional)

Initial Configuration

  1. Set Default Project - Create your first project (e.g., "default")
  2. Set Default Deployment - Create your first deployment (e.g., "production")
  3. Configure User Roles - Set up initial user permissions

Step 4: Verify Setup

Verify that your organization is set up correctly:

  • ✅ Organization name and slug are correct
  • ✅ You have admin access to the organization
  • ✅ You can access organization settings
  • ✅ Default project and deployment are created
